Asian Nouvelle Cuisine offered by Mrs. Eleanor Soh and prepared by a promising chef, Mr. Anderson Ho. Duck breast with spiced manho and cucumber; beef fillet and asparagus gratin; shiitake and potato puree with wasabi (Hapanese horseradish); sesame salmon with ginger and passion fruit sauce; mascarpone with camembert; jasmine tea syrup and honey icecream.

This tea shop, opened in 1989 by a group of students, re-creates a traditionaltea ceremony. Queen Elizabeth visited it!
