The first chef in the U.S.A. to receive both James Beard Awards for the "Best New Restaurant" and "Best Chef" this Alsacian cgef is simply the nec plus ultra of French cuisine in the States. His chef de cuisine, Didier Virot has worked at the "Crocodile" in Strasbourg and his second chef, Gabriel Kreuther studied at the "Fer Rouge" in Colmar. 
Superb products, precise tastes and perfectly timed cooking.
