A few bits and bobs that don't fit neatly into any of the above categories.

  • For:
    • R-G Martineau bowled a single over vs Keio University, on November 6th, 1988 - it was a three-wicket maiden.
    • Neil Harrison took three caught and bowled vs Tokyo Bay on June 7th, 1998.
    • In the same match, while Neil Harrison and Nick Shannon were grabbing four wickets each, Todd Phillips had figures of 6-3-1-9.
    • In terms of pure statistics, Simon Gotterson is Kytes' most successful bowler - he took a wicket with the only ball he ever bowled (in the KCL Div 1 match vs Millennium, September 14th, 2002).
    • Arbab Mohammad had figures of 8-2-0-10 vs Max on July 4th, 2004.
    • Ashley Harvey smashed our fastest 50 in 24 balls in the 20/20 match vs Paddy Foley's on March 27th, 2005. Purists might prefer Kunwar Mahender's 25-ball effort in our KCL Div 2 match of June 19th, 2005. Joel Chamberlain and Robb McKenna racked up 50 in 26 balls in passing Paddy Foley's total in the "normal" friendly on March 27th, 2005.
    • Ashley Harvey smashed our fastest ton in 58 balls in a friendly vs Paddy Foley's on November 12th, 2006. Incidentally (how's that, Smashley?), Joel Chamberlain and Robb McKenna passed 100 in 53 balls when knocking off Paddy Foley's 110 in our KCL Div 2 match of May 9th, 2005.
    • Arbab Mohammad's ton vs Tokyo Bay on September 11th, 2005 meant that he and Imtiaz Mohammad became the first brothers to score a Kytes ton.
    • Arbab Mohammad had figures of 8-5-2-5 vs Fuji on October 9th, 2005. This is the most maidens by a bowler in a KCL match (incidentally, only 2 of those 5 runs came off the bat).
    • Arbab repeated his heroics in the friendly vs Wombats on March 23rd, 2008. This time his figures were 8-5-2-9.
    • In the first of two 20/20 matches vs Paddy Foley's on March 26th, 2006, Subodha Gunawardene hit four sixes in one generous over.
